We welcome the public to attend the virtual and in-person engagement opportunities listed on this page as they are scheduled. If you’re a resident, organization leader, community member, or just interested in comprehensive planning in Mechanicville, we encourage you to attend!

Public Workshop #1
Join the Comprehensive Plan Committee and the City of Mechanicville for the first Public Workshop as part of the Comprehensive Plan Update process. Doors open at 5:30PM and the meeting starts at 6PM with a brief presentation followed by group discussion.
The last update to Mechanicville’s Comprehensive Plan was in 2000, over 20 years ago. By updating its comprehensive plan, Mechanicville ensures that its land use regulations are responsive to current local needs, emerging trends, and community aspirations. This is an opportunity for community members to share priorities and help guide future development and investments in the City.
